CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The national and Laramie County average prices for a gallon of regular gasoline fell nearly in lockstep over the past week, both settling after ticking down about 1 cent. The nation’s average price of gasoline fell 0.9 cents to stand at $2.83 per gallon, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 12 million individual price reports.
