LANCASTER COUNTY, S.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- Lancaster County Superintendent Dr. Raashad Fitzpatrick submitted his resignation to the school board on Wednesday morning. Dr. Fitzpatrick assumed his role in January of 2024 and will hold the position until the end of 2025.
