Lambeth council says that it has planted 2,000 new trees in the past six months
Lambeth Council say that they have planted more than 2,000 new trees across the borough’s streets, schools, estates and parks over the winter planting season which is just ending now. In a statement they said: The council is currently watering the trees weekly to help them get established.
