A Bartlesville man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly assaulting someone.   39-year-old Rafael Almendarez was charged on Monday with domestic assault and battery.   According to the Bartlesville Police Department, on May 1, Almendarez allegedly got into an argument with the victim and punched the victim in the face multiple times.
