Before the results of the Samordna admissions are in, there are already record-high waiting lists at the student association Sammen. Students and tenants report high prices and tough competition for apartments.
The need for housing for students will increase strongly in this country in the coming years, according to a report by JLL. The brokerage house therefore sees the rents of units in freely financed accommodation going up.
