Labor Day Parade teaches lesson on holiday message

ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — The last weekend in August called for Altoona residents to line the sidewalks of 11th Ave. and 12th Ave. for the annual Labor Day Parade. Nearly 25 different unions, groups and bands showcased their pride and sound throughout the downtown landscape.
