Unsurprisingly, Thibaut Guiraud, 44, has just been elected by the La Rochelle City Council on Monday. The man from the centre left had been chosen last week by the municipal majority.
Appointed by the majority, Thibaut Guiraud was officially elected by the La Rochelle City Council on Monday 16 June. At 44, he became the youngest mayor in office since Michel Crépeau in 1971.
