West Virginia State Police to conduct Sobriety Checkpoint tonight

The West Virginia State Police (WVSP) will be conducting a Sobriety Checkpoint in Ohio County on US Route 40 (National Road) in Elm Grove near Lumber Avenue. The La Plata Police Department will be conducting a multi-agency Sobriety Checkpoint on Thursday, April 24, 2025, in La Plata. This initiative is made possible, in part, by grant funding from the Maryland Highway Safety Office.
