- Cabot admitted that night’s behavior, saying `I made a bad decision and had a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss,` and that she and Andy Byron shared their first and only kiss after drinking and dancing.
- Cabot filed for divorce on Aug. 13 from Andrew Cabot, estranged husband and CEO of Privateer Rum, saying she `took accountability` and `gave up career` over the incident.
- Cabot said she chose to speak now for her children so they understand mistakes shouldn’t bring lifelong punishment, describing shunning by former friends and close colleagues as worse than public harassment, The New York Times reported.
