Krefeld: Hard verdict after killing at Ham Square [WZ+]

In the trial for a fatal knife attack in Krefeld, the verdict has been reached. Because he is said to have stabbed his partner, a 29-year-old has to be detained for more than twelve years.

The man, who is said to have stabbed his wife with a knife in the apartment at Hamplatz on the night of September 6, 2024, was sentenced to 12 years and six months imprisonment by the Krefeld District Court for manslaughter.
