KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Jackie's Dream is growing. The soul food restaurant that started in East Knoxville and moved to North Knoxville for a larger storefront in 2018 will soon be moving back to East Knoxville. Thursday morning, the popular soul food restaurant shared that it would be moving from it's current location in North Knoxville to Covenant Health Park during the first quarter of 2026.
