66-year-old Dr. Phillip Dilts was arrested at a home on Knox Lake Road late March 31 on one count of sexual conduct with an animal and two counts of domestic violence, according to Mount Vernon Municipal Court records. He has pleaded not guilty and was released the next day with a temporary protective order in place.
