Kingsport Strategic Plan addresses residents' needs, city manager says

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The City of Kingsport released the 2025 Strategic Plan, which was approved on May 20. Kingsport Mayor Paul Montgomery said the plan was based on community feedback.
