LONDON - Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky met King Charles III at Windsor Castle on Friday before a meeting of Kyiv’s key backers, where Britain’s prime minister will call on Europe to deliver more long-range missiles.
On the arrival of Windsor, Zelensky received a real welcome and heard Ukrainian national hymn. Meeting with the British monarch is a gesture that reflects the continuity of the support of the United Kingdom to Kiev.
The monarch has repeatedly expressed his support for Kiev since the beginning of the war with Russia.Zelenski then travelled to London in search of weapons to fight Moscow.
