- Pro-Tem Speaker G Sudhakaran oversaw the voting process before escorting Radhakrishnan to the Chair alongside Chief Minister VD Satheesan and Opposition Leader Pinarayi Vijayan, concluding his tenure after Thursday's oath administration.
