Keeper Lars Jansen excels with nine fingers at Noordwijk

Goalkeeper Lars Jansen has been making an impression at VV Noordwijk for a year and a half. Every week, he clips the ball several times with his nine fingers. Because, in addition to his countless rescues, that is the most striking thing about the goalkeeper: there are only four fingers on his right hand. Something he doesn't see as a handicap: “Whether you have nine or ten fingers behind the ball, I'll stop them anyway.”
