Kazakh authorities have deported an IT specialist to Russia, where he was immediately arrested and charged with treason over alleged money transfers to Ukraine, the Russian human rights group Perviy Otdel said.
At the 25-year-old Ithichnik Alexander Kachkurkin, born in Crimea, Kazakhstan had two protocols: for crossing the road in an undeposited place and smoking kalyan in a closed room. Kachkurkin was deported to Russia, where he was detained on a plane in a state treason case for money transfers to Ukraine.
