- Screenshots circulated widely online, appearing on Congressman Tony Wied's Facebook page after influencer Libs of TikTok reposted the content, prompting district leadership to condemn any rhetoric promoting violence.
- State Rep. Ron Tusler and The Wisconsin Democratic Party condemned the incident, while Superintendent Mike Slowinski confirmed the district is taking "additional action to review the matter."
- Meyer, who has taught in the district for over 20 years, is not the only individual facing scrutiny over social media posts regarding the recent shooting.
