LIHUE — A 62-year-old man from Kealia remains in critical condition following a single-vehicle crash. At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2025, officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Kuhio Highway and Kapule Highway.
