Experts will begin individual consultations for Kapčiamiestis residents on the planned establishment of the training ground from Wednesday. The consultations, organized by the Ministry of National Defense (MND), will take place on January 14–16. Residents are invited to register in advance online or by phone. If they do not do so, they will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to registered, older people.
