Taipei, Sept. 10 (CNA) National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) President John Kao (高為元) said Thursday he has donated his May salary to the university and will do so every year in office, apologizing again for pursuing a chancellorship at an American university.
Kao Wei-yuan, president of National Tsing Hua University, began his second term on May 1st, but his trip to the United States just three days after taking office to participate in a university president interview sparked controversy.
