Cross Lanes, WV (WOAY) A man has been arrested after a shoplifting incident in February in Kanawha County. According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, deputies say a man attempted to steal ammunition and other firearm-related merchandise from the Rural King on February 22.
