- Judges in Nevada, Michigan and Washington have blocked some Kalshi activity, while a bipartisan coalition of more than 40 states argues these companies operate as unlicensed casinos.
- Despite the legal threat, Netflix is set to release "The Prediction Games" on Sunday, featuring interviews with Kalshi CEO Tarek Mansour and the CEO of rival Polymarket.
