Northeastern baseball continues its streak of sweeps with win over Kansas State

The Northeastern baseball team (27-9, 10-2 CAA) swept the Kansas State University Wildcats (23-14, 10-5 Big 12) April 15 and 16.  Northeastern took the first contest 11-4, April 15.  Graduate student infielder Seth Dardar opened the scoring for the Wildcats in the top of the first inning with a solo home run to right field, 1-0. K-State baseball drops midweek series against Northeastern

Kansas State baseball hit the road to face Northeastern in a two-game series, falling 11-4 and 5-3 on Tuesday and Wednesday. A pair of losses to Northeastern (27-9), who will most likely be an NCAA tournament team, won’t take a large toll on K-State’s RPI.
