The Government regulated the new Juvenile Penal Regime, which reaches adolescents from the age of 14 and establishes a specific system of criminal responsibility, with imprisonment as a last resort, penalties of up to 15 years for the most serious crimes and various alternative measures to deprivation of liberty.
