Argentina's Justice demands that President Javier Milei's government implement the emergency disability law that strengthens support for this sector.

In mid-December 2025, the federal judge of Campana, Adrián González Charvay, had granted a collective protection filed against Decree 681/2025, signed by Javier Milei, which suspended the application of Law 27.793 of Emergency in Disability.
