Jury trial expected to start in East Liverpool murder case

LISBON, Ohio (WKBN)- A jury trial is expected to start Tuesday in the case of the 2021 murder of a Wellsville man. Elvin Tisdale faces multiple charges, including murder, in the shooting death of Brycen Douglas. Douglas was found dead on the front porch of a home on Pennsylvania Avenue in East Liverpool back in July of 2021.
