Hong Kong authorities held a flag-raising ceremony and a reception today to celebrate the 29th anniversary of Hong Kong's handover of sovereignty. In his speech at the reception, Chief Executive John Lee emphasized that in the four years since taking office, he has built a safe and stable Hong Kong and historically completed the legislation of Article 23 of the Basic Law.
