On Saturday 27 September, Châteauneuf-du-Pape hosted the final of the 4th Trophée des Jeunes Sommeliers. After a day of events, it was Jules Benoit, 28, sommelier at the Couvent des Minimes in Mane (04), who won the first place. The day started with 26 candidates under the age of 30, from all over France and representatives of large houses. They faced theoretical tests to test their knowledge and their sense of analysis.
