MINNEAPOLIS – A lawsuit against a Minnesota sporting goods store connected to a teen’s suicide is allowed to go to trial. Hennepin County Judge Karen Janisch denied a motion from Scheels to dismiss a wrongful death and negligent entrustment suit.
