Judge denies preliminary injunction in lawsuit over refusal to fly right-wing flags in Nashua

A federal judge has ruled Nashua officials didn’t violate the First Amendment rights of a Gate City couple when they rejected their application to display right-wing flags outside City Hall last fall, denying their request for a preliminary injunction.
