They're Asking Frei to File an Investigation for Alleged Help From His Government to Get Pinochet to Evade British Justice.

The origin of the investigation follows statements by Cristian Toloza, former advisor to Frei, to the British researcher Philippe Sands. In Sands' book, "Calle Londres 38", Toloza said he participated in a group led by the Interior Minister of the time, Raúl Troncoso, which aimed to bring Pinochet back to Chile.
