The Court of First Instance No. 3 of Granada has rejected the last appeal filed by Juana Rivas to stop the execution of the sentence that grants the custody of his youngest son to the father, the Italian Francesco Arcuri, and has fixed that he will deliver it next Tuesday, 22 July, between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the Family Meeting Point of Granada.
