Puebla, Pue., Josué Martínez Contreras, director of the digital media Noticias San Martín Texmelucan, in Puebla, was shot dead yesterday morning in a direct attack a few meters from his home, located on the auxiliary board of San Lucas Atoyatenco, the municipal police reported.
Josué Martinez "provided coverage of security-related issues and high-impact events" in his locality of San Martin Texmelucan, near Mexico City.
