Joseph Council signs off on corrective measures after audit reveals transition gaps

JOSEPH — The Joseph City Council heard a long-delayed audit report this week, as representatives from Connected Professional Accountants briefed councilors on the City’s fiscal year 2023 audit — a report that was never completed by the City’s previous auditing firm.
