Work continues on Riverside Drive sinkhole in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Work is expanding to repair a sinkhole that formed in downtown Evansville. Crews were back on-site on Monday to reinforce the road. Last week, workers were forced to stop their work due to the rising water levels from the Ohio River. Utility officials announce that work will expand to other locations in the area. Those will include 304 Market Street on March 28 and locations from Locust to Walnut Street on April 3.
