Blue Origin opens its capital for the first time to external investors after 26 years financed essentially by its founder: it captures $10 billion, reaches a valuation of $140 billion and promises to multiply its revenues by more than twenty before 2030.
According to ChainCatcher, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has invested approximately $30 billion in Blue Origin since its founding in 2000. Blue Origin is currently undergoing its first external funding round, having already raised approximately $10 billion, valuing the company at $140 billion. The company plans to grow through rocket launches, satellite communications, and artificial intelligence satellite businesses.
