Palikot was released from custody after representatives of "Polish culture" paid bail.

As he stated, he received support from the most important creators of culture in Poland, and he himself is innocent and will demand compensation. Janusz Palikot, however, collected and paid PLN 2 million in bail. After almost five months, he left the detention center in Wrocław on Monday, PAP reported. A trustee and several thousand creditors are waiting for him.
