JANESVILLE, Wis. (WTVO) — A Janesville man was arrested after a standoff with police Sunday, which resulted in the SWAT team being called to the house. Justin Gillespie, 39, was wanted on charges of delivering cocaine, child neglect, retail theft, and bail jumping in both Janesville and Beloit.
