FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The impact of last week’s historic flooding is still being felt in downtown Frankfort, especially at the Franklin County Courthouse. Officials say the building is still recovering from water damage, and as a result, court operations will stay closed through at least Friday.
