Three serious knee injuries in one weekend at the Olympic Games in Predazzo prompted swift action by the FIS umbrella federation to increase safety in ski jumping. The Subcommittee for Equipment and Development on Wednesday in Zurich, as expected, approved changes to the rules for jumpers' jerseys, announced Slovenian national team leader Gorazd Pogorelčnik after the meeting.
