Issachar Dov Spiegel passed away at Laniado Hospital after drowning at Sanz Beach on Friday and was evacuated unconscious. His brother, 18-year-old Avraham Yeshayahu, who was swept away with him in the water, is still missing. Zaka volunteers and many rescue forces are continuing extensive searches at sea and along the coastline in an attempt to locate him.
The brother who was pulled from the water arrived at Laniado Hospital in critical condition on Friday, where he was hospitalized until he passed away. The search for his 18-year-old brother has been ongoing since the incident.
