Hargeisa -- The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro, has appointed Dr. Mohamed Omar Haji Mohamoud as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Somaliland to the State of Israel, according to a presidential decree issued on Wednesday.
