Warsaw city councilors from all sides of the political spectrum are skeptical of the signature-gathering campaign for a referendum on the recall of the city government. Law and Justice (PiS) councilor Tomasz Herbich pointed out the high probability of not collecting the required number. "Collecting over 130,000 signatures—so that the referendum could take place—is extremely difficult," added Sławomir Potapowicz of the Civic Coalition.
