Former Secretary of Defense Mark Esper on Sunday called the latest Iranian criteria for reopening the Strait of Hormuz a "ridiculous" set of demands that will prevent the negotiation process from moving forward.
Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesman Brigadier General Hossein Mohibbi said his country's strategy is "to maintain control of the Strait of Hormuz until the US accepts all of Tehran's conditions."
