Denison Police Justified in Killing Cuban Migrant Who Bit Officer's Ear, Iowa AG Says

The Iowa Attorney General confirmed the shooting was justified after Campos Arriba aggressively resisted arrest and attacked an officer, leading to fatal gunfire in a city park.
