Investigation launched after body found in pond at Belvidere park

BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — Authorities recovered the body of a man in a pond at Spencer Park in Belvidere on Monday afternoon. According to the Belvidere Police Department, officers were called to the park, at 825 N.
