On Jan. 10, police were dispatched to 200 Des Plaines Ave. for an intoxicated man who was threatening employees at Submarine Tender. The man refused to leave when officers asked him to do so but eventually exited the business. Police reported that he had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
