CASPER, Wyo. –– A winter storm that moved through much of Wyoming overnight will make for a difficult morning commute on Thursday in Natrona County. According to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), both directions of Interstate 25 between Casper and Buffalo closed late Wednesday, and remains so early Thursday.
