International player Rajinder Singh, from Sirsa, Haryana, left the country on Friday night with the Indian team for the 2026 World Hockey Cup (FIH). His team will first travel to Switzerland, where they will have two to three training sessions. After that, the team will travel to the Netherlands. The Indian hockey team's first match will be played on Independence Day, August 15th, at 4 p.m.
